As a team
Build one small working thing. Then make it survive a competition day.
As a volunteer
Referee, build arenas, guide teams, help the event run. This is often the fastest way to learn the ecosystem.
Playbook: start smaller than your ambition
- Pick one league and one minimal mission.
- Split roles: build, code, test, documentation, organisation.
- Demo every week, even if the demo is ugly.
- Visit an event before you try to win one.
- Upgrade only after the simple version survives real use.
