License Agreement for WieErWill

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of digital stickers (“Stickers”) provided by WieErWill. By purchasing Stickers through Gumroad, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Section 1: Definitions

1. Private License: Allows the licensee to use the Stickers for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Commercial License: Extends the privileges of the Private License to include commercial use, including the right to resell the Stickers.
3. Gumroad: An online platform used for the distribution and sale of the Stickers.

Section 2: Grant of License

1. General Use: Purchasing any license allows you to receive the digital version of the Stickers via Gumroad. No physical version will be provided.
2. Private License:
   • Permitted Uses: You may modify and reproduce the Stickers for personal, non-commercial use only.
   • Prohibited Uses: You may not sell, redistribute, or use the Stickers commercially.
3. Commercial License:
   • Includes all the rights of a Private License.
   • Additional Rights: You may resell printed copies of the Stickers for commercial purposes.

Section 3: Intellectual Property

The Stickers and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the property of WieErWill. The rights granted under this Agreement do not convey any additional rights in the Stickers or in any related intellectual property rights. Credit must always be given to WieErWill, and if possible, a link to WieErWill.dev must be included when Stickers are used or resold.

Section 4: Restrictions

1. No Unauthorized Copying: Copying, redistribution, or reproduction of the Stickers in any form other than expressly permitted by this Agreement is prohibited without prior written permission.
2. No Modification of License Text: This license document must not be altered or modified in any way. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.

Section 5: Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from WieErWill if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

Section 6: Disclaimer of Warranties

The Stickers are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WieErWill does not warrant that the Stickers will meet your requirements or that operation of the Stickers will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Section 7: Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WieErWill be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of ‘Authorized Users’ use of or inability to use the Stickers, even if WieErWill has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 8: General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WieErWill concerning the use of the Stickers. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by WieErWill.

By purchasing a license for Stickers through Gumroad, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
