Last weekend, I had an amazing time at the Gulaschprogrammiernacht in Karlsruhe. It was fantastic catching up with old friends, making new ones, and volunteering (‘trolling’) for 22 hours across various tasks. The event was a blend of knowledge-sharing, technology discussions, and great community vibes.
In the picture, you can see my GPN mug, the exclusive GPN bowl earned through volunteering, and a bunch of cool stickers. Plus, I got my new diplomatic passport, ready to be filled with stamps from hackerspaces around the world.
The GPN, hosted by Entropia e.V., brings together around 1500 participants at Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design (HfG) and ZKM. It’s an inclusive event welcoming everyone eager to learn. With a focus on programming, workshops, and lectures, there’s something for everyone—from hardcore tech enthusiasts to curious newcomers. Don’t miss out next year!
